Within 24 hours of purchase (often much sooner!), you’ll receive an email invitation from Squarespace to accept access to your brand-new website.
Once accepted, the template will be transferred directly into your Squarespace account as a brand new trial site - pre-loaded with all demo pages and layouts, ready for you to customise!
Whilst you’re waiting, please download the PDF guide attached to your order. It contains your step-by-step written instructions as well as a link to the tutorial library so you can access it while you wait and start preparing the content for your website!Template not arrived?

Squarespace 7.1 templates cannot be automatically applied to an existing, already-built site.
Your template arrives as a completely new website and won’t affect your current one. You can design it in the background, then transfer your domain, cancel your old subscription and re-subscribe on the new site.
Plus, the new website will be added in to you account with a 3 month free-trial so you can take as long as you need, before switching over! -
Ownership is transferred as soon as you accept the email invite sent after purchase! You will immediately become the Site Owner, giving you full administrative access to edit, customise, and publish your new website whenever you're ready.
Important: If you choose the payment plan option, ownership is transferred once all payments have been made. Don’t worry, all features are still available to you! -

Since your template comes as a brand-new site, you get a full 3-month trial period to build without pressure. If you ever need even more time before launching, simply send a quick email to info@onlineprojectclub.com and I can easily extend your trial for you! -
Absolutely! You can add as many pages as you need to your one licensed site.
Your template design styles (fonts, colours, and buttons) will automatically apply to any new page you create!

Unfortunately I only sell templates currently, so there's no custom design or restyling option available. Every template is built to be easy to make your own, with video tutorials and 90 days of email support. If you're unsure of anything, please message me and I am more than happy to help you out!

Because Squarespace sites don't have an automatic ‘reset to original template’ button, making a wrong edit can feel scary - but don't worry! Each template includes a built-in Section Library containing all the original section layouts.
To restore any section:
Simply click go to the ‘Saved Section Library’ and favourite the section you need by clicking on the heart icon.
Go to the page you were working on, click Add Section, select Saved, and choose the layout you just 'saved’ to paste need to insert the original copy!

To launch your site live, you will need:
A Squarespace Subscription - (you’ll get 10% off your first year of an annual plan with your template!).
A Custom Domain (e.g., yourname.com), which is free for the first year when you purchase an annual Squarespace plan.

Each template purchase grants a license for one single website end-product. If you want to use the template for a second business or a client site, you will need to purchase an additional license/template.

Before you accept your site invite: you're entitled to a full refund.
Just email me before you accept, and I'll cancel your invite and refund you in full, including any instalments you've paid.After you accept your site invite: your template has been delivered, so change-of-mind refunds aren't available.
If something's not working or not as described: email me straight away and I'll fix it!

Every purchase includes 90 days of email support from the date you bought. It covers setting up the template, how its features and code work, bugs in the template itself and the effect of Squarespace updates. It doesn't cover general Squarespace questions, changes you've made to the template or code, or design strategy. Tickets get a reply within three business days, Monday to Friday (GMT / BST)
Please note: support does not include custom site redesigns or custom code modifications beyond the template scope.
